This studio has around 620 square feet and it has some view to the lake. This studio is on the 10th floor, the asking price is $224,900 which is very compatible. The building is newly built in 2003 and the amenities are the best. This will be a good buy for investment as it is walking distance to the grocery stores and restaurant, plus I know there are lots of residences from Northwestern like this building as it is so close to the hospital. I have showed some studios at the River East building. These studios are very spacious and lots of them do have a washer and drier in the unit which lots of the one bedroom unit does not offer in other buildings. One of my clients bought an 09 tier unit a couple of months ago. He likes the size, the sun light, the good size kitchen and lots of built in closet spaces. One of the good ideas is to put a Murphy bed in it so that during the day it looks like an Armor and you get to use the queen size bed at night!

My friend has listed this two bedrooms property by herself. This is a two split bedrooms unit with around 1,200 square feet. Located in the center of the streeterville, very close to the Fox and Obal grocery stores. This unit has wood floors with nice kitchen and bedrooms. The listing price is $389,000. Also she is offering a bonus of $1,000 to all buyers’ agents who could close before Sep 30th. This building has a lot to offer, such as doorman, management office on site, gym, sun deck, grill and a water fountain. This is the cheapest two bedrooms unit in the neighborhood!

The River East Building, 512 McClurg

The River East building was built in 2002 and since it is not in line with the directions, it got more views in each of the units. This building has a Holmes Place Health Club in the building which residents could join for very cheap price, it has lots of great equipments, classes and a nice swimming pool.
The AMC theater is next door to this building, so for fans of the new movies, this is a great place to live 
The Building has 24 hour very friendly doorman, nice lobby, a new gym with new machines and weights, a nice size sun deck with lots of grills, etc.

Two bedrooms foreclosure at the River East – 512 McClurg unit 3701

I showed my client the unit 3701 at the 512 McClurg the beginning of this week. The unit is bank owned property which is not my listing. It has around 1,450 square feet. Two split bedrooms with views to the lake , Navy Pier and the city. The unit needs some work, such as the carpet is old, the paint is very dark in the master bedroom. But the price is $451K which I think is reasonable.

Two bedrooms rented at River East – 512 Mcclurg unit 1604

I am so happy that I helped my client to rent this large two bedrooms unit at 512 Mcclurg. The 04 tier has lots of views to the lake and city, even on the 16th floor, the view is beautiful. The unit is nice and bedrooms are very large. My client has moved in happily last Friday, welcome! Hope they can enjoy the summer in Chicago!
