The good thing of the units here are they all have a balcony, floor to ceiling windows, great kitchen with nice cabinets and appliances, spacious bathrooms, closet spaces and good size rooms.

Currently there are 40 listings from one bedrooms unit to two bedrooms unit and three bedrooms units. There are 34  for sale and 6 for rent. There for sale units are ranging from $359,500 – $1,938, 500 for the raw place of the penthouse unit. So that means around $390 – $559 per square feet, this is a great price for new construction buildings.

The Sold ratio is over 80% sold, that is a very good sign for new construction buildings.

I brought a few clients to this property and some of them are still considering about them.
