The unit is bank owned property which is not my listing. It has around 1,450 square feet. Two split bedrooms with views to the lake , Navy Pier and the city. The unit needs some work, such as the carpet is old, the paint is very dark in the master bedroom.  But the price is $451K which I think is reasonable.
