This unit has great view to Navy Pier, the lake and the big Ferry Wheel, very pretty in a sunny day. I like the swimming pool in the building, it is a decent size plus the view is to the Chicago River and the lake, really nice. The gym size is big, there is a party room and a sun deck in the building. Right now there are rental units starting from $1,200 which is a very reasonable price!

This building is located at a great location, walking distance to Navy Pier, the lake front, fox and Obel grocery store, AMC movie theater, Walgreen, Dominick, lots of restaurants, walking to Michigan avenue, I can’t think more benefit for this location!
