There are lots of studios built at the 512 McClurg, each floor has 4 units, but you will be amazed to find out that these units are so easy to be rented, the reason is the building is located in a great area, very close to the Northwestern hospital and the school, so lots of residents and students live here. The studios are quite large around 600 square feet with nice size kitchen and marble bathroom. I had a client who bought a studio last year and we have rented it out in the winter even within a month, this is very good in Chicago as we all know that not so many people would like to move in the winter here. Currently there is only one studio available for $1,250 per month which has views to the lake.

Today I had a showing at 474 Lakeshore Dr unit 2306, this unit is very spacious, and the view is really spectacular! The living room is facing the Navy Pier, the new Hot air balloon and the lake. Today the weather is so nice, you can see as far as Michigan, Wisconsin and Indiana. The color of the lake is gorgeous. The lay out of this convertible is very nice, actually you have an actual room, so if you have a guest visiting, you do not feel that you are so close to each other. The kitchen has granite counter top, nice cabinets, the bathroom features the marble bath, new medicine closet and marble counter. Also you have a marble entrance. The asking price is $1,350 which is very reasonable, consider there is a nice big gym, an good size indoor swimming pool, a full amenity building in the nicest place!
