This building has a Holmes Place Health Club in the building which residents could join for very cheap price, it has lots of great equipments, classes and a nice swimming pool.

The AMC theater is next door to this building, so for fans of the new movies, this is a great place to live :-)

The Building has 24 hour very friendly doorman, nice lobby, a new gym with new machines and weights, a nice size sun deck with lots of grills, etc.
